TUITION AND FEES


Payment Schedule & Tuition
Tuition is based on the program in which your child/children will be enrolled. Parents are advised of the tuition for each child at the time of enrollment. In the event that tuition is raised, you will be provided with the new rate at least one month prior to the effective date of the increase. You may pay tuition weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Weekly or bi-weekly tuition is due on Monday mornings. Monthly tuition is due on the first business day of each month. There are no exceptions to the payment schedule and tuition policy. Should you have specific questions regarding your personal circumstances please discuss them with the Center Administrator.


Sibling Discount
TLPCDC provide a sibling discount on our tuition fee.


Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee is required to enroll in TLPCDC.


Deposit Fee
A deposit fee of two weeks tuition is required upon enrolling at TLPCDC. We require a two week written notice should you decide to terminate our services. When that notice is received your deposit will be used to cover your last two weeks of attendance. If we do not receive written notice, you will forfeit your deposit.


Late Pick-Up Fee
Our center closes at 7:00 P.M. We expect that our parents will honor the center’s closing time and pick up their child/children before 7:00 P.M. If a parent is going to be late due to an emergency, we ask that the parent notify the center before 6:30 P.M. We do not have staff scheduled to work after 7:00 P.M. Special staffing arrangements will be made to accommodate our parents. If a parent is late, a late pick-up fee will apply. The fee must be paid by Friday of the week in which a parent was late.


Late Tuition Payment Fees
Tuition may be paid weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly. Weekly tuition is considered late by close of business on Tuesday. Monthly, tuition is considered late by close of business on the second business day of the month. Late pick-up fees are considered late if not paid by close of business on Friday of the week in which a parent was late.


Returned/Cancelled Check Charge
If a check is returned or cancelled, a returned or cancellation charge of $75.00 will apply. If a parent has more than one returned/cancelled check in a twelve month period he/she will be required to pay cash for all services.


Termination of Services For Late Payment/Returned or Cancelled Checks
Habitual late payments, refusal to pay late fees or returned/cancelled check charges may result in termination of services.
