PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
Parents now have many options when selecting a child care service provider in the State of Delaware. They no longer have to settle for anything less, than the highest quality of care necessary for their child’s physical, emotional, social and academic development and growth. The Little People Child Development Center (TLPCDC) recognizes the areas of weaknesses in the childcare industry and as a result, offers a re-engineered approach to meeting each family’s need. For example;
• An employee’s annual compensation package is directly tied to the bi-annual Quality Care Survey conducted with the parents of the children cared for by that staff member. The results of the survey is one of the factors that will impact the employees annual pay raise
• Parents and student comments (positive or negative) regarding the care they receive will assist the Center Administrator in selecting the staff member of the month. A staff member is selected monthly as to top caregiver. The employee of the month will receive either cash awards, prizes and/or bonuses
• Money-back guarantee - Parents can now register their children in one of our programs for a full day (eight (8) hours) and spend the day with their child. If at the end of the day a parent is not satisfied with the program their child is enrolled in he/she can withdraw the child and receive full tuition refund.
